Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Should be at least 18 years old when booking the flat.
- For EWS apartments, the family’s yearly income must be below Rs. 10 lakhs, but there’s no income limit for other apartments.
- Must possess a PAN card.
- Should have an active bank account.
- Cannot own or lease a residential plot or apartment larger than 67 square metres in any metropolitan area of Delhi.
- Both husband and wife can apply separately, but if both are selected, only one can keep the flat.
How to Apply Under DDA Housing Scheme 2024
- To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2024, go to the e-auction platform at https://eservices.dda.org.in/.
- You need to register on this website before you can place a bid.
- For each flat you want to buy, you have to pay 2,500 rupees as a registration fee.
- Depending on the type of flat, you need to pay a booking deposit:
- 15 lakh rupees for HIG (High Income Group) flats.
- 25 lakh rupees for penthouses.
- 10 lakh rupees for MIG (Middle Income Group) flats.
